Job Requirements:

• Conduct routine patrols of the site to identify and address unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security breaches, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical issues, and unauthorized individuals.
• Maintain thorough logs and complete necessary reports as mandated.
• Perform stationary posts and may enforce site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Manage access control to the client's site or facility following the admittance protocols.
• Preserve evidence or the incident scene in case of accidents, emergencies, or security inquiries.
• Respond promptly to incidents including fire, medical emergencies, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergencies, hazardous materials, adverse weather conditions, and other occurrences. General security responsibilities encompass, but are not restricted to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Observe, monitor, and document activities at the assigned location.
• React swiftly to critical situations as they arise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing detailed reports.
• Enforce client protocols, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Prior security experience is preferred.
• Capable of standing and remaining on feet for extended periods.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Undergo background checks (FBI & DOJ).
• Completion of employment reference checks.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
